Your Order
When will I receive my order?
We use a 24-hour Tracked Service with Royal Mail.
Order before 4pm Monday - Friday and your order will arrive the next day, otherwise the following day.
Order before midday on Saturday and it will arrive Monday, otherwise Tuesday.
Any Sunday orders will arrive Tuesday.
You can track your order from your account or the Shipping Confirmation email sent to you.
How can I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with all the details needed to track your order.
This information is sent once your package is prepared for shipping at our warehouse, but the tracking link may not be live for a few hours more.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe and there are no updates, please reach out to us at team@mindprovisions.co, and we’ll gladly assist in locating it.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We currently ship in the UK only — for free!
How does the monthly plan work?
You should take the supplements for at least 3 months to benefit. The monthly plan is a great way to ensure you never run out and don't have to remember to re-order!

We'll send you a reminder email before payment each time — there are no hidden tactics here! ✌️
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you don’t see improvement by the end of your second bottle (60 days), contact us for advice. Still no results by the end of the third bottle (90 days)? We’ll refund the cost—just return the empty pouches.

Who started Mind Provisions?
We — Jonny & Ollie — started Mind Provisions after struggling with focus and getting things done when we wanted to. Procrastination, distraction and often low mood is what held us back.
After years (decades!) of trial and error with supplements and spending crazy amounts of money each month, we sought the help of a team of nutritionists. With our specific goal in mind, Productive Essentials was then designed to be the one supplement we always wish existed.
Where are you based?
We're based in Earlsfield, London but all manufacturing partner is in Cambridge.
